Lets be one of those candles! :)
I always loved those evening/ night travels I had with my friend/colleague . Those moments of freedom and space you get with those travel times were owesome to me! It was during one of those days that I met her. She was blonde and beautiful in her own way. The stone on her nose ring shone and lit her face with an aura everytime she blushed!
I had noted her from the beginning itself. A kinda intimacy that you build up with people, at the first sight itself! :)
That day she sat next to me. After a couple of minutes, I started a conversation with her; well I was too good at that; apart from the extremities of my usual mood swings :P
She hesitated at first to talk, yet in course of time words flowed and in an hour I found us talking on the things that meant much to us shredding all the vulnerability levels. She told it was the first time in her life that she feels this free to talk to a stranger; yep I was one! ; apart from the usual glances we used to share at various places :)
The talk we had, made me wonder on how lucky am I to live a life of much less chaos.We never realise that, unless and untill we meet people that are less fortunate than us. And when that does occur, we feel like what we hover over is nothing at all !
That day I realised there are much a people around us that yearn hard, for love, care and attatchment while struggling hard to roll with the punches that life bestows on them! A little of our attention, a bit of our time and a share of our care can do wonders to them :)
Lets just take time out of our lives and be a light to those in darkness around us. After all a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle! :)
